You will provide 1:1 mentoring and structured interventions to help students develop confidence, emotional regulation, and positive coping strategies, supporting both their personal and academic development. You will also lead restorative conversations, rebuilding relationships and re-engaging students so they feel supported, valued and ready to succeed. You will be supporting learners with an array of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, learning needs and challenging behaviour.

You will champion a therapeutic and restorative ethos within the unit, ensuring it acts as a genuine stepping-stone back to mainstream success. - Unit Leadership: Take full responsibility for the day‐to‐day management and strategic development of the Behaviour Unit, ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.

You will help pupils re-engage with learning, develop positive routines and build the confidence they need to move forward. What will I be doing? • Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils regulate emotions and make positive choices. • Deliver targeted interventions to support behaviour, engagement and personal development.

You will work with teaching staff and SENCOs to help deliver tailored support strategies that break down barriers to learning and promote inclusion. Key responsibilities: * Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EBD. Assist with the educational, emotional, and social development of pupils.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, manage challenging situations, and lead restorative practices to build strong relationships with students.
