You will take ownership of a varied mentoring caseload, including: - Creating positive, trusting mentoring relationships that inspire change. - Guiding and coaching individuals through their personal goals and challenges. - Supporting behaviour change through encouragement, motivation, and regular structured contact.

You will be required to support in small classes from Year 7 – Year 11, using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.

You will need to be resilient, empathetic, patient and not take things too personally. Desirable to have experience in a specialist school setting

You will play a vital role in promoting emotional wellbeing, social development, and positive behaviour, while working alongside a passionate and experienced multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Build trusting relationships with students to support engagement and learning.
