You will be familiar with the assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical, cognitive and psychological health conditions within elderly and medical specialties in order to develop and deliver treatment and discharge plans.

You will be supported in your role directly by the Clinical Specialist OT.

You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4 as a minimum, with the opportunity to teach KS5 for those with the experience and subject expertise. You will deliver face‐to‐face services, enabling patients to obtain health information from the appropriate health care professional.

You will be providing safe and effective health assessments and treatment of patients within the establishment.

You will work within a clinical team consisting of GPs, UCPs, Nurse Streamers and HCAs to deliver excellent care services within our UTC.

You will be required to work on a 1:1 basis (or 2:1 with support of an additional practitioner).

You will be working on a flexible contract where various interventions will be offered based upon location and match with a student.

You will need to be available during daytime hours, Monday-Friday.
