You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved. We are the UK's favourite car-buying service and we are growing FAST! You will need to attend a number of branch committee meetings each year. What would you be doing?

You will be able to demonstrate a minimum of5 years experience in a similar role. Our current branch will be closing in February, so we are looking for someone with a good local area knowledge to recommend a new branch location, and build the brand reputation in the area.

You will also have your own driving licence and transport as travel between client sites may be required.

You will lead by example, creating a customer‑focused culture while ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.

You will be supported by Branch committee and local member of staff. This role can be done from home, is flexible at a time to suit you and will be for about 2/3 hours a months.
