You will design and implement rendering systems according to requirements, improve existing systems and optimise them to ensure they are within budget. Our ideal candidate is an expert Rendering Engineer who is passionate about their craft, skilled in AAA rendering techniques and performance optimisation on console and PC and has the track record to prove it.

You will work closely with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content that drives brand impact. Key Responsibilities: Produce photorealistic 3D product renders for use across websites, ads, and marketing materials. Create motion graphics and edit video content for how-to tutorials, product explainers, campaign and social assets.

You will report to the Engine Code Director and collaborate with other code and art leads to ensure the solutions we build are effective, identify and resolve bottlenecks that other teams have. Working and managing the team every day, the Lead Rendering Programmer will enforce and inform the Engine Code
