You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also supporting solicitors and internal teams with file management, document handling, meeting room set-up, general administration, and AML checks.

You will lead the Brand Activation sub-team within the Global Brand & Creative Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with the other sub-team leaders – including Creative Strategy & Design, Brand Strategy, and Operations.

You will also work closely with other functions across the Global Marketing & Communications organization, as well as key business service teams.
