You will be responsible for expanding Avenues' reach, diversifying income streams, and ensuring the sustainability and excellence of our property portfolio and asset management.

You will have significant experience of winning new business in social care or a related area and will bring a passion and drive for developing new services and income streams.

You will be the welcoming face to our clients who regularly attend the Sidcup office in person, providing support to client-facing teams and all colleagues.

You will manage recruitment end to end, from workforce planning and attraction through to onboarding, while also overseeing agency partnerships and talent referral initiatives.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the business, recruiting directly for support roles and trainee engineers, while overseeing a small preferred supplier list for specialist hires. You will be encouraged to use your own initiative, contribute to business growth, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the planning discipline within the wider group. The ideal candidate will likely hold a formal qualification or degree in Town & Regional Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related discipline.
