You will ideally have: - Call handling or phone-based customer service experience. - An excellent telephone manner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good geographical knowledge of the Powys area is desirable. - Ability to prioritise, work on your own initiative, and as part of a team.

You will take incoming calls from customers, log on the systems and raise jobs as a result of the call. Full paid training will be given and you will be paid an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, paid weekly.

You must be available to start immediately and will have to pass a security check prior to starting.

You will assess policy coverage, interpret wordings, and deliver a consistently high level of service to clients, intermediaries, and third parties.

You will join a supportive and collaborative Manchester-based claims team, with close links to the wider business.

You will be working 3 days with your team and 2 days from home.

You will be working as part of the North American Team servicing large Property Global accounts from the US and International domiciled markets.

You will prepare a renewal presentation to broke to underwriters.

You will also be expected to undertake any other responsibilities which may become necessary for the proper performance of the role.

You will also identify and initiate cross-referral opportunities and activities to new and existing prospects/clients.

You will prepare renewals and new business documentation, process Mid-Term Adjustments and invoices as well as develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
