You will offer PSI interventions and be well versed in harm reduction principles to reduce drug and alcohol related harm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide harm reduction advice, information, and support with an emphasis on safer drug use, safer sex, HIV, Hepatitis A, B and C and other blood borne infections * Be responsible for maintaining a full case load of clients as the key worker.

You must be Female for this role Experience within the care industry, ICSs or equivalent essential Previous experience Supporting people with Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care needs and Challenging Behaviours.

You will need to have previous experience in working with hard to reach families, experience in life journey work, parenting support work, direct work with children all required. Qualifications and experience • A minimum NVQ 3 in working with children and families or equivalent experience of working with children and families.

You will work rewarding long day shifts including early starts, late evenings, weekends and sleep in’s fairly planned within the rotas.
