Support Worker needed for adult residential care, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities.

Support young people, build relationships, and ensure their well-being. Collaborate with the team, maintain documentation, and participate in training.

You will be expected to work with vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities/Autism and also have some knowledge of physical disabilities, people with profound & complex needs, carers and the wider community.

You must be able to work with a diverse group of individuals and with our partner agencies to deliver the best outcomes for our customers who have a learning disability/Autism.

You will work with young people who are either vulnerable, on remand, or serving custodial sentences. This is a meaningful role where you can make a real difference every day.
