You will be joining a new clinical team to facilitate MDT working, consisting of Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy.

You will be working within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures and within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.

You will lead on the development of care plans and risk assessments, contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, and provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff.

You will also contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
