You will be key in helping to build new relationships with the public and hospital staff within Heartlands Hospital, as well as with existing supporters. The role includes proactively going out to meet people to provide information about the work of the Charity and inspiring people to fundraise.

You will work closely with colleagues across the volunteering department and spend 3–4 days per week on site, ensuring volunteers feel informed, supported, and valued. Key responsibilities include - Managing volunteer enquiries, applications, DBS checks, references, and ID passes

You will be supported by skilled, engaged colleagues and challenged to grow in a team that values learning, reflection and continuous improvement.

You should also include the contact details of two referees, one of whom must be your current or most recent employer.

You will also be required to provide proof of your eligibility to work in the UK.
