You will be working in a 3 bed Children’s Home caring for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Hours of work include evening shifts, day shifts, weekend working and bank holidays as part of a flexible working rota and sleep in duties, on occasion waking night shifts.

You will be expected to train and supervise staff under the direction of the manager and be able to manage the building in the manager's absence.
