You must have a diploma/degree in Physiotherapy & current registration with the HCPC. Previous experience of working in the community is desirable & a driving licence is essential. You will support adults with mental health needs by conducting home visits (driver essential), participating in the duty system during office hours, and applying Adult Protection training.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding protocols.

You must be prepared to travel long distances with regular periods of time away from home.
