You will join us on full time, 1 year fixed term basis. In return, we will offer a competitive salary of £44,643 - £48,325 per annum (inclusive of £5,000 Market Forces supplement*).

You will lead on all aspects of fire safety management, providing expert advice across diverse sites.

You will act as the first point of contact for all designated Partner departments, providing a robust HR service to help support, develop and enhance business performance. Providing advice on a wide range of HR issues and ensuring adherence to company policies and employment legislation.

You will hold a varied and multiple employee relations case load including sickness absence, bullying and harassment, grievance, conduct, performance management, reasonable adjustments.

You will consider and balance employee and business risks in your advice, and coach managers to find resolutions that meet business need.

You will need to be able to travel across the county to settings in both rural and urban areas.
