community centre worker jobs in Haringey

You will engage service users in meaningful activities, promote independence through a learning-based approach, and ensure they have a positive and fulfilling experience while attending the centre.

You must be able to provide 5 years of references and have all mandatory training in date, or be willing to complete this prior to starting.

You will manage a caseload of approximately 4–5 patients per day, providing exceptional clinical care, education, and support, while making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives every day. You’ll work autonomously in the community, building strong relationships with patients and their families, and ensuring care is delivered safely, compassionately, and to the highest clinical standards.
