You will be required to visit our Blackburn office, located at BB1, approximately once a week following the initial induction.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional evening or weekend working depending on business needs).

You will lead the development and implementation of our Organisational Development strategy to help drive achievement of our strategic objectives.

You will ensure that our plans for staff development, wellbeing, and culture engage our staff and deliver tangible improvements to service delivery.

You will be working Full time (42 hours per week) across a mixed shift pattern of 3/4 12 hour shifts per week with a focus on supporting our d/Deaf (profound, severe, partial or hard of hearing) service users with mental health needs, inside our new Deaf community step down setting in Blackburn.

You will work closely with colleagues across the College to ensure marketing activities are implemented efficiently and consistently, while supporting the team's development through clear guidance and collaborative leadership.
