You should have previous experience of working in a busy office, possessing the skills and competencies normally associated with 3 years experience.

You should be educated to Standard Grade/National 5 level; preferably with an administration qualification at HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent.

You should have proven secretarial and administrative experience and possess excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.

You should be a competent audio typist with a robust working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

You will require to be a flexible and motivated individual, and have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
