You will be running a project or a complex section of a large project.

You will ensure that the project is delivered in a safe, timely, efficient and sustainable manner, whilst achieving project targets, meeting client expectations and enhancing the reputation of the business.

You will work independently but with the full backing of a supportive team.

You will have a working understanding of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in producing repair specifications. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You should bring prior experience in Children’s Services, preferably in Kinship or Fostering, along with expertise in conducting complex assessments for Court/Foster Panel, and a strong background in safeguarding.

You must understand regulatory requirements in relation to Kinship care.

You will complete holistic assessments, plan and coordinate services, and work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and independence. Your work will focus on enabling children to thrive and reach their full potential, with their voice and experience at the centre of everything you do.

You will be visible on site, trusted for your judgement, and supported to build confidence in handling increasingly complex casework.

You will spend a significant amount of time in schools and the office, with some flexibility for home working.

You will need to be local, flexible, and able to travel at short notice.
