You will hold a third-level qualification in Project Management or a construction-related discipline and have a minimum of 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.

You must bemercially aware and technically proficient using Construction Planning software, preferably ASTA however, MS Project is also acceptable.

You will have proven experience in a similar role as well as be able to manage information in an orderly fashion and be capable of working to tight deadlines.

You will be confident managing live operational sites with public interface, delivering to programme, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Flexibility to travel across Northern Ireland is required.
