You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with your team leader and coordinating site activities between various suppliers. You will liaise with technical staff, DNOs, iDNOs, and subcontractors while monitoring project performance, costs, and compliance. Working closely with Delivery Managers, you will be accountable for client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

You will also be responsible for establishing policies that will create and maintain a safe workplace. As a safety officer you must have excellent attention to detail to identify hazards.

You will also be able to discover opportunities for improving conditions and execute various safety programs.

You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with awarding organisations and regulatory bodies, supporting assessors and trainers, and maintaining outstanding quality assurance standards. This position requires a strong understanding of assessment principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback that supports continuous improvement.

You will monitor, review, and support assessors and trainers to maintain compliance with awarding bodies and regulatory requirements, playing a key role in sustaining high standards and promoting continuous improvement within the organisation.
