You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.

You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.

You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.

You will work closely with academic staff, researchers, and professional services to provide expert advice on research support, copyright, rights retention, and open access.

You will also lead the development of researcher skills training, manage the institutional repository (WRaP), and contribute to the strategic direction of research services.
