You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team. The role will generally include:- Analysing elements within the business or the whole business Making evaluations of all available data Identifying problems and looking at potential improvements

You will develop accurate short-, medium-, and long-range forecasts, blending statistical modelling with business intelligence.

You will lead the S&OP/SNLP demand review process, ensure alignment across functions, monitor sell-in and sell-through performance, and anticipate risks and opportunities that impact business outcomes.

You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, owning, supporting and promoting Scrum / Agile / DevOps ways of working.

You will become the ‘go to’ person for project team members, the IT Leadership Team, Business Stakeholders and external partners across multiple geographies, providing clear status updates and supporting successful project delivery.

You will understand the ins and outs of using Relex but also understand some of the tech side of Relex and how data is fed into the interfaces. If you’re confident with tools like Excel, Power Bi or ERP systems, that’s great — but curiosity, collaboration, and a customer‑first mindset matter most.

You will play a key role in managing incidents, optimising security tools, and mentoring junior analysts, while contributing to the continuous improvement of their security posture. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role that blends technical security responsibilities with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) elements.
