You will be an enthusiastic individual and will work as part of a team responsible for the cleaning of ensuring that school buildings are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.

You should possess good communication skills, be able to work on your own or as part of a team and have a flexible approach to your work.

You will build on existing relationships with schools, governors, partners, and communities to ensure inclusive education in safe environments. The focus is on innovative service development for vulnerable children, high-quality service provision, and support to schools. Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills are essential.

You will prioritize and assign work based on urgency and complexity, utilizing team resources effectively.

You will manage and deploy resources within budgets to meet policy objectives and service priorities, communicating effectively with the team.

You will review and evaluate Support Plans in accordance with guidelines, making adjustments for changing needs.

You will coach and mentor them to ensure they perform to the best of their ability. Using your outstanding communication skills, you'll collaborate closely with families, agencies and multi-disciplinary teams to implement and further develop support plans designed to help individuals succeed in their day-to-day lives.

You will combine operational leadership, oversight of risks and needs, and hands‑on support, modelling best practice in trauma‑informed care while helping residents achieve meaningful progress.

You will get 31 days’ paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 33 days.
