creative studio assistant jobs in Hackney

You will have the chance to influence the studio’s direction across multiple sectors and regions while working alongside talented design, marketing, and management teams. The studio operates a hybrid model with 3 days in-office and 2 days from home, based in Central London.

You will be responsible for developing and selling projects. Alongside the production teams in the UK and France, you will oversee project completion and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will need to be able to think on your feet and be able to accommodate urgent briefs and multiple changes.

You will sit within DMG New Media, Daily Mail Group’s social-first publishing business, reaching over 150 million followers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and emerging platforms - giving you access to world-class creators, production, formats and distribution. This role is ideal for someone who loves:Storytellingbuilding brands on social,and turning content into commercial growth.

You will take full ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce journey—from platform management and conversion rate optimisation to performance marketing and customer retention.

You will be the architect of our email marketing, using Klaviyo to build sophisticated lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back) that turn one-time buyers into lifelong fans.

You will support the Account Management Team and the Head of the Graphic and Motion Design in delivering high-quality design projects, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

You will play a key role in coordinating assets, timelines and project information, helping to keep creative projects running efficiently and on schedule.
