You will ensure diversification is delivered with pace, precision, and scalability. Key Responsibilities - Lead all programme and project delivery across the New Business portfolio, from proof‑of‑concept to scaled deployment. - Build and govern a multi‑channel delivery capability, balancing internal, third‑party, and partner‑led delivery models.

You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan for your team, coaching your team through the complete sales cycle, and building a high‐performance team culture focused on achieving ambitious growth targets.

You will also be confident and prepared reporting moving business metrics to senior leadership.

You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting, to qualifying opportunities, delivering amazing product demos, running trials and converting deals. - Working to achieve (and overachieve! ) both new business and account growth revenue targets; your focus is to secure new enterprise customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
