You will play a key role in anticipating and identifying customer needs, maximising the use of available resources, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively. The role also involves motivating and supporting the team to achieve business objectives while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of the Sales Strategy for our SME Division across our laundry and catering offerings. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and responsible for driving commercial growth first and foremost.
