You will be working with dedicated Insurers or Policyholders to manage their Property Damage claims through to settlement including repair stage where you will utilise your technical knowledge by building scopes from evidence gathered such as photos, videos and agree cash settlements.

You will act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the claims process, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities

You will assess policy coverage, interpret wordings, and deliver a consistently high level of service to clients, intermediaries, and third parties.

You will join a supportive and collaborative Manchester-based claims team, with close links to the wider business.

You will be working 3 days with your team and 2 days from home.
