You will need to successfully complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare before you complete 24 months of starting work.

You will report to the Senior Support worker, working in a small team to provide practical support, you will build on Service Users existing skills and abilities whilst respecting their individual needs and choices.

You will be using IT to update documents such as support plans, risk assessments and will have a good working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and assessments of capacity.

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.

You will be well supported with regular career conversations.

Care Assistants needed to provide personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes, including medication support, meal preparation, and household tasks.

You will be working as part of the animal care team at our Block Fen Animal Centre located in March, Cambridgeshire.

You will also administer medication or treatment prescribed by a Vet and implement behaviour modification programmes with guidance from our Behaviour and Welfare Advisors and the wider team.
