You will be responsible for collection, distribution, retention and archiving of documents through document management systems and work processes. The role ensures all technical documentation associated with the assigned project scope is registered, filed, transmitted, and archived in compliance with document management procedures.

You will have experience of development and delivery of multi-million-pound projects to deliver safely, on-time and within budget. You will work with the team and lead on ensuring the Quality standards and specifications required are produced, implemented throughout construction and assured for handover; achieving best in class at all times. Monthly inspections shall be required on multiple sites as well as meetings in Kilsyth.

You will ensure that all corporate transactions, investments, and developments are legally robust, commercially sound, and risk-managed, while also supporting the Chief Officer in areas linked to the capital programme and strategic corporate projects.
