You will take full ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce journey—from platform management and conversion rate optimisation to performance marketing and customer retention.

You will be the architect of our email marketing, using Klaviyo to build sophisticated lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back) that turn one-time buyers into lifelong fans.

You will be responsible for the overall health of the Shopify site.

You will manage the full online product process from the moment an item is ready for set up through to launch.

You will also manage the rollout of every product drop from early access for subscribers to the final public release.

You will also travel to Europe 1-2 times per year for work.

You must have a proven track record of enhancing online sales through innovative strategies, excluding price discounting, which is not part of our client's approach.

You must have minimum 1+ years of experience working with a luxury/premium consumer brand.
