You will take full ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce journey—from platform management and conversion rate optimisation to performance marketing and customer retention.

You will be the architect of our email marketing, using Klaviyo to build sophisticated lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back) that turn one-time buyers into lifelong fans.

You will manage three websites (UK, US, GR) and be responsible for shaping and delivering their global trading performance, whilst enhancing the customer experience.
