You will be responsible for monitoring and improving student attendance.

You will assist in the development of an integrated approach to the delivery of patient care across the 'whole system' of health and social care, working in partnership with all relevant stakeholders.

You will be a registered nurse, paramedic, or other allied health professional, with a non-medical prescribing qualification in the context of a broad scope of practice.

You will be capable of working independently but also as a key part of a team.

You must be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will be based from home with occasional travel to our offices but, normally directly to site each day and covering all geographical areas of Connexus Housing.

You will be supported by a team of junior doctors (of training and non-training grades), specialist nurses, advanced practitioners, nurses, therapists, and in reaching specialists across the hospital. The post involves working across both sites in Shropshire, providing general cardiology and specialist imaging services at Shrewsbury and Telford with an on-call commitment for Cardiology.

You will assist in the development of an integrated approach to the delivery of patient care across the ‘whole system’ of health and social care, working in partnership with all relevant stakeholders.

You will be a registered nurse, paramedic, or other allied health professional, with a non-medical prescribing qualification in the context of a broad scope of practice.

You will be expected to work flexibly according to changes in work patterns and requirements and will be required to participate in the general on-call rota (1:24 cross county on call). Prospective cover of annual and study leave is in place.

You will be involved in the training of junior Radiology staff.
