You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join as a Senior Care Assistant. If you have NVQ Level 2 and the willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3, we will consider your application. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group. The role is to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
