You will be based at The Academy in Warrington, a service made up of 22 self-contained flats. This role is about more than tasks. It is about building strong, respectful relationships and helping people feel safe, valued and in control of their own lives. Shifts run between 8am and 10pm, including a mix of early, late and alternate weekend working.

You will have the opportunity to support individuals with the wide range of activities that they enjoy, including going to discos, swimming and going to the cinema.
