You will act as the principal authority on environmental permitting, working closely with senior leaders, regulators, government bodies, and industry groups to ensure permits are secured, maintained, and aligned with long-term business and sustainability objectives.

You will have a proven track record of navigating these themes to support clients across multiple sectors.

You will ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant environmental/earth science, broader environmental management, or engineering discipline.

You will work collaboratively with a range of technical specialists on a broad range of projects, lead and coordinate Environmental Impacts Assessments and related deliverables, work closely with clients, develop new areas of business and mentor others in the team.

You will work with a wide range of team members to produce Environmental Impact Assessments on a variety of projects and have the opportunity to work closely with our clients from day one. As part of our Environmental team, you'll help improve quality of life.

You will be part of a wider environmental team providing expert support on highway drainage and civil schemes. Duties will include: Advising on environmental aspects such as assessments, ecological studies, permitting, and mitigation strategies. Conducting environmental site visits, inspections, and surveys across multiple disciplines (structures, geotechnical, drainage, highways).
