Estates Surveyor jobs in County Bristol

You must have an RICS accredited degree to be considered for this role. Other degree qualifications will not be considered. Are you a Real Estate graduate seeking a role within a market leading company offering exceptional support though the APC? Seeking a role working with a highly reputable private/commercial sector client base within a global multidisciplinary?

You will join a growing team working across prime commercial real estate.

You will be supporting other more senior members of the commercial team in delivering the varied commercial duties for our Rolls-Royce projects, as well as being responsible for procuring and managing our supply chain.

You will actively seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality for our client.

You must also be able to demonstrate you have a good working knowledge of relevant legislation and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As there is a certain amount of travel involved in the role, a full driving licence is essential. The Asset Management team is centralised in Birmingham however this role of offered from Bristol to cover the South-west.

You will be a chartered building surveyor with extensive industry experience.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to seek and build relationships with new and existing clients.

You will also have excellent time management skills, sound technical competence and good working knowledge of all relevant legislation.
