You will be responsible for strategic account growth, operational excellence, and making sure our clients feel supported, informed, and inspired.

You will own and grow key client relationships, building trust as a strategic partner while managing ongoing programmes of work, from onboarding and education to usage rights reviews.

You must have the ability to work in the UK without a visa.

You must be able to be in our London office a minimum 3 days a week - Be prepared for international travel - You want to be part of a fast growth global business with the aspiration to exit within the next 2-3 years, equity for the right candidate.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them rethink how they assess, hire, and develop talent, and guiding them from the first conversation through to close and handover.
