You will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings a strong operational mindset to the role. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in an operations or logistics role, ideally within travel or a related sector. A track record of effective problem solving, using initiative to find practical, customer-focused solutions.

You will lead, develop and understand digital strategies for our clients, and ensure they are delivered to an exceptional standard by working effectively with all teams in the department.

You will be capable of communicating Search (SEO/PPC/Content) related material to a high level.

You will be working 5 days out of 7, ideally Thursday to Monday, BUT there is some flexibility here in order to make the position more attractive and workable for the successful individual. For example, you would not be expected to work every weekend, perhaps 2 out of 4 depending on your requirements.

You will shape a coherent, insight-led presence across organic and paid platforms, connecting people with our stories and impact through authentic, values aligned content that strengthens trust and relevance.

You will be responsible for daily operational oversight, staff management, budgeting, and delivering an outstanding client experience.
