You will be joining their existing team of IFA Administrators who provide day-to-day support and servicing to clients throughout the holistic financial planning journey.

You will assume a pivotal role in delivering our comprehensive range of repairs, alterations, bespoke commissions, and aftercare services.

You will participate in a structured procedure where each job is received with clear images, descriptions, and requirements uploaded by our team.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support. Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, your trainer will move you forward to the next stage.

You will be managing new business submissions, carrying out fund switches, processing claims, and liaising with platforms and providers to complete client applications and service requests promptly. The role involves inputting and maintaining client data, ensuring records are up to date, accurate, and reflective of ongoing work.

You must be a good communicator

You must be well organised, efficient and have a keen eye for attention to detailBeing Flexible in busy periods is preferable.

You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points This role is paying a salary of £22,500 + bonus working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
