You will assist our partners in building practices that deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for evangelizing ServiceNow mindshare to our partner community to evolve a “ServiceNow First” approach, to sell effectively to their customers, and to extend the ServiceNow value proposition.

You will be involved in providing insight, guidance, and direction on the continued development and effectiveness of the global Business Resiliency Program.

You will leverage your technical skills and expertise developing scripts, APIs, and working with business intelligence and reporting tools and workflow automation.

You will be part of the Customer Outcomes team. Our purpose is to accelerate platform adoption and improve customer outcomes.

You will work with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.

You will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.

You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.
