You will be involved in providing insight, guidance, and direction on the continued development and effectiveness of the global Business Resiliency Program.

You will leverage your technical skills and expertise developing scripts, APIs, and working with business intelligence and reporting tools and workflow automation.

You will oversee a portfolio of customers to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of the ServiceNow products they have purchased through prescriptive guidance.

You will assist our partners in building practices that deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for evangelizing ServiceNow mindshare to our partner community to evolve a “ServiceNow First” approach, to sell effectively to their customers, and to extend the ServiceNow value proposition.

You will be part of the Customer Outcomes team. Our purpose is to accelerate platform adoption and improve customer outcomes.

You will work with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.

You will guide revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles. What you get to do in this role:
