You will be highly motivated, hardworking and keen to support older people.

You will support individuals in maintaining a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally, empowering them to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.

You must have a willingness to embrace all aspects of support, including personal care, domestic tasks, and assistance with accessing work, education and social opportunities.
