You will be allocated the same client as often as possible to keep continuity for you both. In order to get to know each other and build a meaningful relationship, our visits are a minimum of 1 hour long; no rushed visits and with enough time scheduled to reach your next client.

You will be responsible for expanding Avenues' reach, diversifying income streams, and ensuring the sustainability and excellence of our property portfolio and asset management.

You will have significant experience of winning new business in social care or a related area and will bring a passion and drive for developing new services and income streams.

You will work closely with colleagues, advocating for vulnerable adults with multiple needs and ensuring they receive appropriate intervention and wraparound support.

You will be required to travel across the North and Central London area.
