You will also be part of a supportive management team within a restorative local authority that is committed to the training and development of its social work practitioners.

You will also:Work with the fostering panel chair to manage the fostering panels and to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information being presented to the agency decision maker.

You will need to be Social Work Registered with significant experience in fostering.

You will ensure performance indicators are met.

You will be required to undertake a Cifas check.

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship)

You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion. In addition, we also expect you to share and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the selection process.
