You will work closely with colleagues to deliver care in line with individual care plans, contribute to reviews and support residents to take part in everyday activities at home and in the community.

You will work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and overnight shifts, and take part in training and supervision to support your ongoing development.

You will have demonstrable previous experience in a broadly similar role including the maintenance of buildings and painting and decorating. Friendly and outgoing, you will possess a “can do” attitude and will be able to organise and prioritise your workload and work efficiently.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration. We have a legal obligation to ensure that we do not employ any worker who has not been granted the relevant permission to work in the UK.
