You will oversee engineering activities within the Magnesium arena, manage a dedicated maintenance team, and work closely with the Head of Engineering and Head of Automation to support business growth. You will be working alongside an experienced EYFS Lead, making this role particularly suitable for ECTs or teachers looking to build confidence and experience in Early Years.

You will be supported to maintain an occupational focus in your work alongside the care coordination element of the role. We have a senior practitioner for OT within the team who will work closely with you, as well as working with the support workers and carer support worker to deliver interventions, groups and quality‐of‐life improving care.

You will hold a Master's degree in relevant subject area (PhD desirable)

You will have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area

You will have a successful track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes

You will have proven experience of providing individual and group study skills support in response to identified learning needs
