You will support the Registered Service Manager in maintaining the overall quality of the service, ensuring that it conforms with CQC essential standards of care.

You will be able to identify customer expectations and work within statutory legislation, and internal standards. Ensure all analyses are completed on time, contributing to the development and promotion of new construction technologies to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. We’ll give you the knowledge and skills for this role if you can provide the determination and attitude to become an inspiring leader.
