You will hold a varied and multiple employee relations case load including sickness absence, bullying and harassment, grievance, conduct, performance management, reasonable adjustments.

You will consider and balance employee and business risks in your advice, and coach managers to find resolutions that meet business need.

You will possess a natural ability to influence stakeholders, applying a collaborative approach to all communications and relationships.

You will be a problem solver with the capability to solve problems within our dynamic and ever-changing environment.

You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships as it's important that we really get to know our clients and understand their requirements.
