You should already have at least 2 years experience in SuDS and civil engineering design for new developments. You will diagnose repairs accurately, carry out remedial work, and ensure communal areas are well-maintained through preparation and decoration tasks. Working closely with the Property Team, you will liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and uphold our Customer Services and Diversity Policies.

You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
